I spent the whole of the morning following the announcement of his death watching videos of him on YouTube. He’s definitely a legend that will live on and on and on. So much talent. So unique.

I don’t believe this!!! David has been visiting my mind for weeks!!! I mentioned him to several people because I happened to hear he has a new album. I had mentioned how much I loved this film! Little did I know that you loved him to! Thank you so very much for your & someone else’s(?) tribute.

It’s so sad, he was such a big part of my life growing up, I have so many of his records. I spend a whole night with a friend back in 1987 sitting on the street to get tickets to his concert.
