I am usually weary of blurred photos, for some reason (might be the fact that I’m slightly *cough* short-sighted!). However, you have managed to use that effect in a very effective way! Good job!

Your title made me chuckle! I absolutely am completely taken with that first soft floral photo. I love all of these that you’ve presented. They are, as always, so magical. Hope you’re enjoying your weekend! Hugs! 😀
thanks so much Linda! you too!
Very interesting post, Cybele. How ironic that tack-sharp images are constantly lauded as the industry standard for photography when a little creative bokeh is what many people react positively to. Yes, there usually needs to be a sweet spot of focus to serve as a visual anchor; but that dreamy quality blur gives can truly transport the viewer. And it can even help draw attention to your subject in a way similar to vignetting.
thank you so much for your great thoughts on this!! I so agree!!
Wow, those are gorgeous 😃
thank you so much and for your follow!!
You have got a beautiful blur here. Such gorgeously radiant edges and I just love the light coming from the centre of the flower! Stunning!! 🙂
thanks so much Katie!!

Wow, impressed with all 4 shots, Cybele, but there is something particularly eye-catching and ethereal about the first image. I just love those delicate colours.
